We offer a comprehensive Property Letting and Management service on behalf of individual owners. We currently act on behalf of a number of apartment blocks and consequently are in a position to negotiate reduced contract costs due to the size and value of the contracts we have in place. Our main objectives are to maximise efficiency and reduce costs while offering a quality service so as to grow property values.


We offer a comprehensive letting service for both residential and commercial properties. An example of a typical apartment letting would include:


1. Property appraisal to determine the market rent
2. Advertisement of each apartment in the local papers and on a number of websites
3. Accompanied viewings of each potential tenant
4. Reference verification with current landlord & employer & identification checks
5. Receipt of one month's rent as deposit and first months rent in advance
6. Setting up a direct debit payment arrangement for the collection of rent
7. Issuing Tenancy Agreement documentation and inventory of furnishings
8. Read utility service meters i.e. ESB & Gas and make sure the accounts are changed into the tenant's names.
9. Issue the keys to the apartment and letterbox
10. Regular inspections of the apartment and arrangement of any repairs
11. Fully itemised monthly rent account statements
12. Dealing with day-to-day issues
13. Undertake a final inspection upon tenant vacating to check for damages and arrange for deposit refund.
